1. Computer Fundamentals & Operating Systems
  • Introduction: Understanding computer generations, hardware vs. software, and peripheral devices (input/output).
  • Windows Basics: Navigating the desktop, using the File Explorer, managing files/folders, and personalizing settings.
  • Maintenance: Checking system configurations, scanning for viruses, and basic troubleshooting.
2. Microsoft Office Suite (Core Skills)
  • MS Word: Creating, editing, and formatting documents; using tables, mail merge, and graphics.
  • MS Excel: Data entry, basic and advanced formulas, sorting/filtering, and creating charts for data analysis.
  • MS PowerPoint: Designing engaging presentations with templates, animations, and transitions.
3. Internet & Digital Services
  • Web Browsing: Effective searching, using browsers, and managing email communications.
  • Digital Payments: Hands-on training with UPI, net banking, mobile wallets, and secure online transactions.
  • E-Governance: Accessing Rajasthan-specific services like e-Mitra, Jan Aadhaar, and Rajasthan Sampark.
4. Cyber Security & Emerging Technologies

Examination & Certification
The exam is conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota.
  • Pattern: A total of 100 marks, consisting of an Internal Assessment (30 marks) and a Final Theory Exam (70 marks).
  • Passing Criteria: Students must score at least 12 marks in internals and 28 marks in the theory exam (42/100 total) to pass.
